Our approach is to allow technical managers, factory managers, maintenance or continuous improvement teams to adapt to the E2PME method and product. This will allow manufacturers to develop relevant skills, internally, on the foundation of a simple, intuitive and refined technology.
Subscription/system rental
Benefit from a flexible and adjustable cost to use the technology, through a rental/subscription model. Thus, we can upgrade the hardware parts (monitoring device/data logger) as new generation of products become available.
Pilot project offer (3 months)
Rental of the full system (monitoring device/data logger and analysis/visualisation software) with support for set up, sharing of good practice and introduction to data analysis.
Annual subscription (12 months)
Use of one (1) or more monitoring devices as well as software. Customer care and support are added to guarantee a quick profit. This model allows you to structure and compare the effectiveness of energy improvements by workshop, by machine or by groups of machines.
Training
We encourage the upskilling of your teams through two-dimensional knowledge sharing:
- Awareness of energy efficiency practices
- Training to cover installation, use of the monitoring device (data logger) as well as the analysis and visualisation software
Training services are available in module form as an on-site “half day” or shorter online sessions.
R&D project, management and organisation
Due to a constant need to innovate and collaborate, we are involved in R&D projects with other companies in the industrial or energy field. Participation in these multi-disciplinary initiatives allows us to compare the latest advances in the field and to constantly challenge the validity and relevance of the E2PME product.
